Look up at the DOOR NUMBER and call 708-307-6489 tell Bob the TERMINAL & DOOR NUMBER that you are waiting by. Wait in the limo pick-up lane (which is the center isle) and your limo will be right down to pick you up in 10 to 15 minutes. At O'Hare exit out of the baggage terminal exit and go to the center isle section D and call Bob at 708-307-6489. At O'Hare INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL passengers must exit out LOWER LEVEL at TERMINAL 5 and wait at section D and call Bob at 708-307-6489. At MIDWAY exit out DOOR NUMBER 2 and go to the limo pick up lane which is the CENTER LANE and call Bob at 708-307-6489.
The first 30 minutes at no charge. After 30 Minutes $30.00 every 60 minutes will be charged. If your flight is cancelled or delayed please call us at 708-307-6489 to confirm changes.
We must be notified of any changes to your travel plans. If no notice is given you will be charged for the trip if the car is dispatched.
All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. A credit card number will be taken when your reservation is placed. The order will be billed if no advanced cancellation is received.
Airport cancellations made after 4 hours of pick-up time will be charged the entire amount of service. Airport service made before 4 hours of pick-up time will cancel with no cost to client.
All Limousine & SUV quotes for airport service are for 4 passengers. An additional $5.00 will be charged for every passenger over the 4 count. Sedan service is quoted for 2 passengers $5.00 for each additional passenger.
After we recieve your reservation, our reservation represtative will process your reservation, charge your credit card for the full trip amount(or a minimum of a 20% deposit on airport only, if requested). All charters, Weddings, Proms require $200.00 deposit and the balance due paid in cash the day of service. As requested by our credit card merchant/processor, we are required to obtain a credit card authorization form or physically imprint your credit card at time of service, so please have this credit card with you at time of service.
The person who signs for the reservation will be responsible for all guests in your party. Parties causing damage to any of our vehicles during rental will be directly responsible for any and all repairs and cleaning. The signer is responsible to inspect the vehicle chartered prior to departure to determine any previous damages. To AVOID any damage please follow this set of guidelines: No Smoking, No feet or shoes on the bar areas, No leaning on the glass HOLDERS, No Standing, No playing with electricial switches, No Reckless Beavior.

Must have a car seat provided by the customer the child must be put into the car seat by the parent or guardian. The driver can not assist in this matter due to safety of your child. Your car seat can be held at our office for your return trip home.

Prestige Limo Service reserves the right to substitute vehicles at anyti me due to uncontrollable circumstances.
No Smoking in any of our Limos, they are all smoke free. If anyone in the rental party is smoking in the rented vehicle their will be a $200.00 charge to the holder of the contract. Smoking is a call for immediate cancellation of the rental without any refund.
No Hard Alcohol is allowed in any of our limos at anytime.
Prestige Limo is not responsible for any lost or stolen items at anytime or for any reason. However we will attempt to return any left behind items that we find.
A $150.00 Security Deposit is REQUIRED on all cash transactions for all HOURLY RENTALS including Weddings. The security deposit is refunded back to customer, upon inspection of Limo and finding no damage from you or your party. Without this deposit service can not be performed on hourly charter services.
All PROM PAYMENTS are due 14 days in advance of prom date and payable in cash.
The balance of all Wedding Packages must be paid in cash on or before the date of your service.
